3. Independent professionals

The beauty, aesthetics and wellness professionals at OLÉA each run their own independent business. Their Instagram and Facebook pages, phone numbers and email addresses shown on this website are their own, and any call or message you send them is handled by them, not by OLÉA or this website. When you book with, message or receive a treatment from one of them, that professional is the data controller for your booking, consultation and treatment records, and their own privacy notice applies. This website does not take bookings or collect treatment or health information.

4. What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, accounts, bookings, newsletter or analytics. The only data processed is:

• Technical data — your IP address, browser type and pages requested, processed by our website host to deliver the site securely and logged for a short period.
• Cookie choice — your consent decision, stored in your own browser (local storage).
• Google Fonts — our typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when pages load. Google states it does not set cookies for this service.
• Messages you send us — your name, contact details and message, if you contact us directly, used only to reply to you.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Apple Maps take you to those platforms. Once there, their own privacy policies apply; we do not embed their content or tracking on this website, and Apple receives a request only when you choose to open directions. If you allow it in the cookie preferences, an interactive Google map is embedded on the home page — Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. Without that permission the map is never loaded.

5. Why we process it (lawful bases)

• Legitimate interests — operating, securing and improving the website, and responding to your enquiries.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law.

6. Who else processes data

• Website hosting and delivery: Lovable (Lovable Cloud).
• Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Fonts (our typefaces) and, only with your consent, Google Maps (the embedded map).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — only when you follow our links to Instagram or Facebook.

Some providers (such as Google, Meta and our host) may process data outside the UK, relying on safeguards such as the UK–US Data Bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

7. How long we keep data

• Cookie choice: stored in your browser until you clear it or change your choice.
• Server logs: kept by our website host only for a short technical period needed to run and secure the site, then deleted.
• Messages you send us: kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted within 12 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact oleanorwich@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month.
